According to the decision of the Board of the RSE «Toshkent» dated February 14, 2024, in accordance with clause 62 of the Regulations «On the exchange quotation list of the RSE «Toshkent» and the statement of JSC «BMKB Agromash» dated 01.02.2024. on the voluntary delisting of the company from the exchange quotation list based on the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of JSC «BMKB Agromash» dated January 17, 2024, the RSE «Toshkent» reports that the securities of JSC «BMKB Agromash» was excluded from the «Transit» category of the exchange quotation list from 15.02.2024.
