Trading in preferred shares of "Kapital Sug'urta" JSC has been temporarily suspended


Over 10 business days - from February 16 to 27, 2026 - the price of preferred shares of "Kapital Sug'urta" JSC (UZ702866K013) on the Main Board trading platform of the Toshkent Republican Stock Exchange increased by more than 257.14%.


To comprehensively study this situation and analyze the factors behind the sharp price increase, in accordance with paragraph 1687 of the Rules of Securities Trading on the Toshkent Republican Stock Exchange, trading in the issuer's preferred shares has been temporarily suspended starting March 2, 2026.
