Main goals:

• Conducting an examination of the documents of the financial and economic activities of the issuers;
• Organization of procedures for inclusion, transfer, and exclusion of securities from the exchange quotation list and the non-listed trading platform;
• Registration issues of exchange-traded bonds and monitoring their circulation and redemption;
• Monitoring issuers’ compliance with listing requirements and disclosure obligations;
• Analysis of the financial condition of issuers based on financial reporting;
• Participation in increasing the investment attractiveness and liquidity of securities;
• Improvement of listing procedures in line with international best practices and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
