Fayzulla Tashov - Acting Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Republican Stock Exchange «Toshkent».Fayzulla Tashov was born on October 14, 1982, in Tashkent. In 2003, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration, and in 2005, he graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics with a degree in Marketing and Management.

His professional career began in 2001 at the Tashkent City Regional Branch of JSCB «Uzpromstroybank». Subsequently, he continued his career at JSC “Central Securities Depository”, where he held a number of leadership positions.

During his years of service, he headed key structural units overseeing interaction with correspondent depositories, the formation of securities owners' registers, as well as customer service and interaction with government agencies.

Since 2024, Mr. Tashov has been the Head of the Depository Services and Settlement and Payment Operations Department of the JSC «Central Securities Depository». Currently, he temporarily serves as the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Republican Stock Exchange «Toshkent».

Alexandra Boymukhamedova - Chief Accountant of JSC Republican Stock Exchange «Toshkent». Alexandra Boymukhamedova was born on January 16, 1973.She has over 30 years of professional experience in accounting and financial administration. She began her career in 1991 and has worked in finance in a number of public and private organizations.

From 2007 to 2018, she held the position of Chief Accountant of the Department for the Operation of the Administrative Building of the Ministry of Economy.

From 2018 to 2024, she worked at JSC Republican Stock Exchange «Toshkent», where she served as an IFRS specialist and then as chief accountant.

From 2024 to 2025, she served as chief accountant at LLC «Fides Solutions». Effective October 2, 2025, she was appointed chief accountant of JSC Republican Stock Exchange «Toshkent.»

Guljahon Ganieva

Guljahon Ganieva - Head of the Financial Instruments Registration and Admission Department of JSC Republican Stock Exchange «Toshkent». Ganieva Guljahon was born on January 6, 1985. In 2006, she graduated from the Tashkent Finance Institute with a bachelor's degree in Finance, and in 2008, she completed a master's degree in Securities Market and Exchange Management.Has significant experience in the field of the stock market, interaction with issuers, listing, and corporate finance. She began her career in 2008 at the Center for Coordination and Control of the Securities Market. In 2009-2014, she worked as a teacher at the Shahrisabz Technological College.

Since 2014, her professional activity has been associated with the Republican Stock Exchange «Toshkent». She worked as a public relations specialist, then as a chief specialist of the Listing Service, and later as the head of the Department for Working with Issuers and Listing (2019-2025).

Since 2022, he has been teaching at the Department of «Corporate Finance and Securities» at Tashkent State University of Economics as a senior lecturer.

From December 1, 2025, he has been the Head of the Financial Instruments Registration and Admission Department of the JSC Republican Stock Exchange «Toshkent».
