Based on the decision of the
Board of the RSE "Toshkent" dated August 5, 2022 on the inclusion in
the segment of the stock market "Stock Market" the category
"Transit" of the exchange quotation list of the RSE "Toshkent",
ordinary shares (UZ7023190000) of Ohangaron don JSC with the stock ticker -
OHDN (for ordinary shares) are admitted to trading from August 8, 2022.

JSC "Ohangaron don"
was established in 1995 as a result of the transformation of state property on
the initiative of the labor collective.
The main purpose of the
Company's activity is to receive profit from economic activity and the subject
of activity is:
- production and sale of
flour, feed, conditioned seeds, pasta, bakery, confectionery
- storage, processing, sale of
grain products - wholesale, retail trade, commercial, intermediary activities.
In total, by the end of 2021,
86,007 tons of flour products, 40,702 tons of feed, 11,908 tons of seed wheat
were produced and sold.
According to the results of
the first quarter of 2022, the authorized capital of the company is
19,25,938 thousand soums, net
revenue is 63,040,703
thousand soums and net profit is 430,954 thousand soums.
