By the decision of the Board of the RSE
"Toshkent" dated August 15, 2022 on the inclusion in the segment of
the stock market "Stock Market" the category "Transit" of
the exchange quotation list of the
RSE "Toshkent", ordinary shares (UZ7052350004) of Muborak paxta
tozalash JSC with the stock ticker - MKPT ( for ordinary shares) are admitted
to trading from August 17, 2022.

Registered on August 19, 2014 by the State
Registration Inspectorate of Business Entities.
The main purpose of the Company's activities is to
receive profit from economic activities. The subject of activity is:
- purchase and processing of raw cotton and supply of
cotton products for export and domestic market
- organization of high-quality reception, storage and
processing of cotton-seed raw materials, provision of cotton-growing farms with
high-quality seeds of cotton breeding varieties.
According to the results of the first quarter of 2022,
the authorized capital of the company is 1,681,290 thousand soums, net revenue
- 3,948,572 thousand soums and net profit - 1,241,780 thousand soums.
