On April 19, 2024, the International Exchange Conference ConFEAS 2024 was held in Samarkand, organized  in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent" (RSE) and the Uzbek Commodity Exchange (UZEX). The event, which gathered over 200 representatives of exchanges from all over the world, became a platform for important discussions and key associations in the field of finance.

ConFEAS 2024 featured plenary discussions covering a wide range of topics including: financial market infrastructure architecture, capital markets trends and challenges, market regulation issues, alternative exchange instruments and technologies, financial intermediation, clearing and risk management, ESG management and investor relations.

George Paresishvili, the CEO of RSE "Toshkent" spoke at the panel discussion on "Trends and Challenges of Capital Markets Development".

The conference was concluded with festive events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent" and the Uzbek Commodity Exchange.
