RESUME: Trading in JSC “Mulk-Sarmoya BU” Shares Resumed

As previously announced, trading in the ordinary shares of JSC “Mulk-Sarmoya BU” (ISIN: UZ7015030008) on the over-the-counter (OTC) trading platform was temporarily suspended from 18 June 2026 in connection with the capitalization of the company’s authorized capital at a 1:1 ratio.
Following the completion of the capitalization process on 26 June 2026 and the implementation of the corresponding changes in the Unified Software and Hardware System of the Securities Market, trading in the ordinary shares of JSC “Mulk-Sarmoya BU” (ISIN: UZ7015030008) resumed on 29 June 2026.
As a result of the capitalization, the last closing price of the ordinary share, previously UZS 4,197, was adjusted to reflect the 1:1 capitalization ratio and has been set at UZS 2,098.5 per share.
