Portfolio Investments LLC announces the intention of Alskom Insurance Company JSC to sell its share in Hamkorbank JSCB in the amount of 225,000,000 pcs. of ordinary shares at the price of 45.0 UZS per share, which is 1.07% of the share capital of Hamkorbank JSCB in the NEGO-board section of the Republican Stock Exchange Toshkent.
The deadline of bidding is till the end of 2019.
