Resumption of trading in shares of JSC "Alskom Sug'urta Kompaniyasi"
Trading in shares of JSC "Alskom Sug'urta Kompaniyasi" will resume on October 7, 2025, following the completion of corporate actions to capitalize net profits from previous years and the placement of an additional share issue.
As a result of the capitalization, the number of company shares has doubled through the allocation of one additional share for each existing share, while the market capitalization remained unchanged. Consequently, the estimated share price has been adjusted by dividing the last closing price (as of June 2, 2025) by two:
- price of an ordinary share: 1,495 / 2 = 747.5 sum
- price of a preferred share: 1,380 / 2 = 690 sum
