According to the decision of the Board of the RSE «Toshkent» dated April 30, 2024, in accordance with clause 62 of the Regulations «On the exchange quotation list of the RSE «Toshkent» and the statement of JSC «Ohangaronsement» dated 24.04.2024. on the voluntary delisting of the company from the exchange quotation list based on the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders JSC «Ohangaronsement» dated April 9, 2024, the RSE «Toshkent» reports that the securities of JSC «Ohangaronsement» was excluded from the «Transit» category of the exchange quotation list from 02.05.2024.
