Portfolio Investments LLC announces the intention of Demoret Finance FLLC to sell portfolio shares (blocking shares):

a) in Urganch yog’-moy JSC in the amount of 7 729 593 pcs. of ordinary shares as one lot at the price of 5 000.0 UZS per share, which is 25% of the share capital + 1 additional share;

b) in Yangiyo’l yog’-moy JSC in the amount of 10 556 755 pcs. of ordinary shares as one lot at the price of 3 170.0 UZS per share, which is 34.96% of the share capital;

c) in Kogon yog’-ekstraksiya zavodi JSC in the amount of 15 272 030 pcs. of ordinary shares as one lot at the price of 2 190.0 UZS per share, which is 30.03% of the share capital;

d) in Qo’qon yog’-moy JSC in the amount of 460 640 pcs. of ordinary shares as one lot at the price of 51 830.0 UZS per share, which is 33.08% of the share capital;

in the NEGO-board section of the Republican Stock Exchange Toshkent.
