Announcement!
Active applications on the NEGO SAAP platform for the
sale of shares of the following joint-stock companies:
"Kattaqo'rg'on yog'-my" AJ
"Urganch yog-moy" AJ
"Kogon yog '- Ekstraksiya zavodi" AJ
"Qo'qon yog'-my" AJ
"Andijonyog'moy" AJ
"Asaka yog '" AJ
were achieved according to the letter 01/18 of January
15, 2020 of Mulk-Sarmoya Brokerlik UYI JSC, as well as in accordance with the
release of the decision 01-24 / 1-1599 of January 7, 2020 of the State Tender
Commission for sale of state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in
accordance with order 105 / 03-10 of 01/07/2020 of the Agency for Management of
State Assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Shares of the above-mentioned joint-stock companies
will be sold through another platform.
