Based on the letter of the territorial department of the Agency for the Management of State Assets of the Syrdarya region dated July 29, 2022. under No. 10-01-02-01/973 on the withdrawal of tenders and the decision of the Interdistrict Economic Court of the Gulistan region dated 10.05.22. No. 4-1201-2203 / 17 on declaring Guliston Extract-yog JSC bankrupt and starting the process of liquidating production without suspending its activities, by decision of the Board of the RSE "Toshkent" dated August 10, 2022, in accordance with paragraph 62 (if there are signs bankruptcy of the issuer, confirmed by the decision of the relevant economic court), as well as paragraph 63 (when the entire package of state shares is withdrawn from exchange trading on the basis of the relevant order of the state authorized body for managing state assets) of the Regulations “On the exchange quotation list of the RSE “Toshkent” of the shares of Guliston JSC Extract-yog" were excluded from the list of exchange quotation list of RSE "Toshkent".
