According to the decision of the Board of the RSE
"Toshkent" dated July
31, 2023, in accordance with
paragraph 62 of the Regulations “On the exchange quotation list of the RSE
“Toshkent” and the appeal to JSC “Jahon ixtisoslashtirilgan aralash mollari savdo
kompleksi” dated 11.07.2023. on the voluntary delisting of the company from the
exchange quotation list based on the results of the extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders of JSC “Jahon ixtisoslashtirilgan aralash mollari savdo
kompleksi” dated June 24, 2023, the RSE “Toshkent” informs that the securities
of JSC “Jahon ixtisoslashtirilgan aralash mollari savdo kompleksi” have been
excluded from the category "Transit" of the exchange quotation list
from 01.08.2023.
