According to the decision of the Board of the RSE «Toshkent» dated November 2, 2023, in accordance with clause 62 of the Regulations «On the exchange quotation list of the RSE «Toshkent» and in accordance with the decision of the Karshi Interdistrict Economic Court in case No. 4-1801-2302/4712 dated September 19, 2023 . on the recognition of the joint stock company «Qashqadaryo neft-gaz qurilish va tamirlash» JSC as an insolvent organization and the opening of liquidation proceedings without suspending production activities, the Toshkent Stock Exchange reports that the securities of «Qashqadaryo neft-gaz qurilish va tamirlash» JSC are excluded from the «Standard» category exchange quotation list from 03.11.2023.
