Attention to Issuers whose securities are included in exchange quotation list of the RSE «Toshkent»!

We are simplifying the process of
publishing material events and reports on the RSE «Toshkent» website!
Starting
from February 1, 2025, data uploaded to the Unified Corporate Information portal
of the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan (www.openinfo.uz) will be
automatically displayed on the website of the Republican Stock Exchange
«Toshkent» (www.uzse.uz) through the integration of
the two databases.
Functional Benefits:
Quarterly and annual reports, as well as material events published by
issuers on the portal www.openinfo.uz, will
automatically be reflected on the website www.uzse.uz.
Results:
This integration eliminates the need for issuers to duplicate their efforts
when publishing reports and material events on both platforms. It will
significantly reduce the time and effort required for information disclosure
and minimize errors associated with repeated data entry.
Disclaimer: These changes apply only to the publication of annual and quarterly reports, as well as material events. Issuers are still required to disclose all other information (such as other announcements) on the RSE «Toshkent» website in accordance with established procedures.
