As previously announced, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent” approved a decision to replace the Exchange’s existing software systems.

As part of implementing this decision, the Exchange has moved to the next stage of the comprehensive modernization of the capital market’s technological infrastructure and has started accepting technical and commercial proposals from local and international technology companies under a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

As part of the RFP, invitations to submit proposals have also been sent to 36 international technology vendors operating across Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa. This will enable the Exchange to comprehensively assess international experience and modern technological solutions and select the solution that best meets its technological requirements.

The project provides for the comprehensive modernization of the capital market’s key technological systems and covers the following areas:

• Trading System;
• Clearing and Settlement System;
• Brokerage System;
• Market Surveillance System;
• Bookbuilding / Primary Market Module.

As part of the project, the Exchange will assess the functionality and performance of the proposed software, implementation and technical support terms, as well as the possibility of deploying the systems within the Exchange’s technological infrastructure — the Stock Market Information and Resource Center LLC — and independently administering them.

Companies interested in participating in the project are required to submit their complete technical and commercial proposals by 5:00 p.m. Tashkent time on October 10, 2026.

Companies that proceed to the technical evaluation stage will be required to conduct a practical demonstration of the proposed system by December 31, 2026.
