Announcement of intention to sell portfolio shares

Portfolio Investments LLC announces the intention of Uzagrosugurta JSC to sell its share in Kafolat Insurance JSC in the amount of 799 878 160 pcs. of ordinary shares at the price of 2.4 UZS per share, which is 2.27% of the share capital of Kafolat JS IC in the NEGO-board section of the Republican Stock Exchange Toshkent.
