According to the decision
of the Board of the RSE «Toshkent» dated March 6, 2024, in accordance with clause 62 of the Regulations «On the exchange quotation
list of the RSE «Toshkent» and the statement of JSC «Buxoro ta’mirlash mexanika
zavodi» dated 27.02.2024. on the voluntary delisting of the
company from the exchange quotation list based on the decision of the general
meeting of shareholders of JSC «Buxoro ta’mirlash mexanika zavodi» dated January 16, 2024,
the RSE «Toshkent» reports that the securities of JSC « Buxoro ta’mirlash mexanika
zavodi » was excluded from the «Transit» category of the exchange quotation list from 11.02.2024.
