According to the decision
of the Board of the RSE «Toshkent» dated April 2, 2024, in accordance with clause 62 of the Regulations «On the exchange quotation
list of the RSE «Toshkent» and the statement of JSC «Kafolat sug’urta kompaniyasi» dated 20.03.2024. on the voluntary delisting of the
company from the exchange quotation list based on the decision of the annual general meeting of
shareholders of JSC «Kafolat sug’urta kompaniyasi» dated March 14, 2024, the
RSE «Toshkent» reports that the securities of JSC «Kafolat sug’urta
kompaniyasi» was excluded from the «Standart» category of the exchange quotation list from 03.04.2024.
