The Republican Stock Exchange "Tashkent" hereby informs that the microfinance organization "Agat Credit" is undergoing reorganization in the form of transformation from a limited liability company (LLC) into a joint-stock company (JSC).


All rights and obligations of the issuer will be fully transferred to the joint-stock company as its legal successor.


The expected completion date of the reorganization is August 24, 2025 (based on information provided by the issuer).
