9.78 percent of state-owned shares in the joint-stock company «Подъёмник» have been discounted by 10 percent

Based on the minutes of the meeting of the State Commission on Privatization of State Assets and Coordination of Privatization Processes dated July 28, 2025, №. 61 (Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers №. 21/25-61 dated July 28, 2025), as well as the Order of the Tashkent City Territorial Administration of the State Assets Management Agency dated August 1, 2025, 9.78% of the state's share in the authorized capital of the joint-stock company «Подъёмник» has been discounted by 10 percent from its assessed value and re-listed for exchange trading.

- Number of shares: 27,435 ordinary shares;

- Starting price per share: 26,716.64 sums;

- Total starting price of the share package: 732,970,908.66 sums;

- Auction organizer: JSC «Toshkent RSE»;

- Number of lots: 1 lot, containing 27,435 ordinary shares.

Starting from September 22, 2025, potential buyers can submit their proposals for the acquisition of the share package through the special platform of JSC «Toshkent RSE» and the Nego SPPZ platform.

Exchange trading will be conducted with the bidder who submits the highest offer, in accordance with the exchange rules.
