Trading in Ordinary Shares of JSCB “O‘zsanoatqurilishbank” Temporarily Suspended

Over a period of 10 business days, from January 6 to January 19, 2026, the price of ordinary shares of JSCB “O‘zsanoatqurilishbank” (ISIN: UZ7037560008) traded on the Main Board of the “Tashkent” Republican Stock Exchange increased by more than 146.28%.

In order to comprehensively review this situation and analyze the factors behind the sharp price increase, and in accordance with Clause 1687 of the Rules of Securities Trading of the “Tashkent” Republican Stock Exchange, trading in the Bank’s ordinary shares has been temporarily suspended starting from January 21, 2026.
