In accordance with the decision of the Sole Shareholder of the “O‘zenergosotish” Joint-Stock Company dated 12.02.2024, No. 3, the Company has undertaken to voluntarily, demonstrating its commitment to honest and transparent business conduct, adhere to the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code approved by the minutes of the meeting of the Commission on Increasing the Efficiency of Joint-Stock Companies and Improving the Corporate Governance System dated December 31, 2015.

“O‘zenergosotish” JSC from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, carried out its activities in accordance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code and intends to comply with them in the future.
