Representatives of the Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent” held a meeting with representatives of GCF Eurasia.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the preparation of issuing companies for entering the public capital market, building effective engagement with investors, and developing modern corporate governance practices.
The parties exchanged views on such areas as Investor Relations (IR), corporate governance, mandatory and voluntary disclosure, as well as ESG and sustainable development.
Particular attention was paid to enhancing the openness and transparency of issuers, developing systematic communication with investors, and improving companies’ readiness to meet the requirements of the public market.
Following the meeting, the Exchange and GCF Eurasia reached a preliminary agreement to organize joint free educational seminars for issuing companies.
The seminars are expected to cover practical topics related to Investor Relations, corporate governance, disclosure, ESG and sustainable development, as well as preparing companies to enter the public capital market.
GCF Eurasia is a company with more than 25 years of experience in Investor Relations, financial communications, ESG, and sustainable development. The company also provides services related to IPO readiness, investor engagement, preparation of annual and ESG reports, and the development of corporate communications.
This initiative is expected to help issuers strengthen their practical knowledge and skills in relation to modern market requirements, corporate transparency, and effective engagement with investors.
